What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Shopify Pay.

Thank you for choosing Pixzee Press! We take pride in creating high-quality, custom products just for you. Please review our shipping and return policy carefully.

Shipping

Orders are processed and shipped within the estimated timeframe provided at checkout. Please allow 3-5 business days. Orders are processed and shipped in the order they are received.

Tracking information will be provided once your order has shipped.

Pixzee Press is not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers, weather conditions, or customs processing.

Returns & Refunds

Custom Orders Are Non-Returnable – Because our custom created products are made to order, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for custom items.

Issue Resolution – If your order arrives damaged or there is a manufacturing issue, please contact us at support@pixzeepress.com within 7 business days of receiving your order. We will work with you to find a suitable solution.

Order Cancellations – Custom orders cannot be canceled once production has started. Please review your design carefully before purchasing.

Payment Disputes – Unauthorized payment disputes or chargebacks may result in restricted purchasing privileges. If there’s an issue with your order, we encourage you to contact us first so we can assist you promptly.

Do you offer international shipping?

No, we currently only ship within the United States.

How do I track my order?

Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with a tracking link. You can also log into your account to view your order status.

How often do you send newsletters?

Only when I have something great to share! It might be weekly; it might be monthly — but I promise not to fill your inbox. You can unsubscribe at any time, no hard feelings.

Do you wholesale your products?

Yes! There is an application process of course, but I would love to discuss it with you. Please contact me at support@pixzeepress.com.

Do you offer gift cards?

Yes! Digital gift cards are available in various amounts and are delivered via email.
